iPhone application

Let's take a closer look at the MobileNoter application interface. When you launch the application, you will see this screen:

Home screen

OneNote notebooks

Tap on the notebook name to see its contents:

Notebooks

You can collapse sections or section groups by tapping on them.
You can collapse or expand all sections using buttons in the bottom toolbar.

Your pages look the same way as in OneNote, formatting is preserved.
You can scroll through it by finger, pinch zoom or double tap to zoom-in or zoom-out a specific place.

Edit mode

To start editing a page, you have to switch to the edit mode. Just push the "Edit" button in the right top corner.

Please note that there are some limitations though. You can edit existing content, but you cannot create all variety of rich content you can create with OneNote on PC. At least not in this version of MobileNoter. By other words, you can edit text in its current formatting, but cannot define a formatting for a new text.

You may edit existing text blocks, move images and outlines and add some new text.

Quick Notes

The Quick Notes function is designed for taking short notes, which you may send to OneNote.

You can create new notes, view, edit and delete existing Quick Notes. All Quick Notes participate in synchronization. You can add a picture to your Quick Note from the library or take a new one by an iPhone camera.
