Your pages look the same way as in OneNote, formatting is preserved. You can scroll through the page by finger, pinch zoom or double tap to zoom-in or zoom-out a specific place. There is a search field at the top of pages list, with the help of which you can look for necessary keywords.

To start editing a page, you need to switch to the Edit mode. Just push the "Edit" button at the right top corner. Now you may edit existing text blocks or create new ones; add, move and delete images or the whole outlines; draw on your pages using the inking feature.

If you want to edit existing text, it's more convenient to zoom in and tap on text where you want to place the cursor. While editing the text, you can adjust some formatting options, like font size, color or style. Also it is possible to create lists. Buttons with arrows are used to move the cursor.
