First of all, make sure that your iPhone, iPad and the PC are on the
same Wi-Fi Network. If they definitely are, and PC still doesn’
t appear in the list there can possibly be problems with the Apple
Bonjour software.
Bonjour is being used in many applications including iTunes. Its function
is to discover devices on a local area network.

You can also install some other applications which are using Bonjour to test if they do connect to PC successfully.
Possible problems in a network that might block Bonjour:
There are some known possible problems with this software, which are described by the Apple support.
If you don't want to/can't use Bonjour, it is also possible to specify your PC name or IP address manually. You need to type it into the field at the top of the screen.
MobileNoter uses Port 41982 for connection, and firewall can block such connections. MobileNoter automatically opens a custom port in the windows firewall, but on some systems this may not work because of insufficient permissions. If you have problems pairing an iPhone, iPad application with your PC, please download and run a utility application as administrator.
