Cloud Sync

  • I keep getting a message "MobileNoter was not able to connect to the server. Please check your connection."
  • How can I delete notebooks stored in the Cloud?
  • After my trial Cloud Subscription is over, I have some test Notebooks on the server that I cannot delete. I also want to remove them from my iPhone/iPad.

Windows Sync Client

  • The "Notebooks" section is not showing up in my sync client so as a result none of my notebooks are syncing. What should I do?
