Q: I've received a message "One or more media files cannot be converted and were exported as attachments. The encode audio option is turned off or an error occurred. Please review windows event log for more details." when tried to transfer an audio file on my iPad/iPhone. The file is shown in MobileNoter but won't play. What should I do?
A: Please check the "Encode audio" checkbox in your MobileNoter Windows Sync Client "Settings"- "Options" tab. You will probably need to have the encoder installed. After you've performed these steps audio files transferred on your mobile device should be played normally.
