Q: I keep getting a message "MobileNoter was not able to connect to the server. Please check your connection."

A: MobileNoter uses the same settings for the Internet connection as in Internet Explorer. So, if you're connecting through the proxy, you need to configure it in IE and in the tab "Proxy" of the MN Windows Sync Client.
