1. Q: Do I need to cradle iPhone/iPad to Sync it with OneNote?
   A: No, OneNote sync is wireless.
2. Q: Do I need an instant internet connection on iPhone/iPad for MobileNoter to work?
   A: No, an internet connection is needed only to synchronize the data if you are syncing via Cloud. All other functionality will work when offline.
3. Q: Will you support Microsoft OneNote 2010?
   A: Microsoft OneNote 2010 is supported starting from the MobileNoter version 2.0 (But not the Click-to-run version).
4. Q: Is it secure to use MobileNoter?
   A: Absolutely. Your connection to our server is secured using the industry standard encryption.
5. Q: What is the difference between Cloud and Wi-Fi Editions?
   A: The main difference between them is that Cloud synchronization is performed through the server and the Wi-Fi synchronization is done directly with your PC.
6. Q: If I’m going to use the Wi-Fi edition only, do I need to subscribe?
   A: No, you have to pay only once for the license.
7. Q: How can I sync both an iPhone and iPad?
   A: Ability to synchronize with multiple devices requires complete rewriting of a synchronization algorithm. We consider making it in future, but we don’t have any exact timeline for it yet. Currently you may pair only one device at a time.
